- 75g Sugar
- 75g Corn Syrup or Glucose
- 285g Bittersweet Chocolate
- 75g Unsalted Butter
3- Soften the butter in the microwave for a few seconds (be careful and watch it because if it melts, you'll have to get another piece of butter and start all over again).
4- When the cream mixture boils, start pouring it over the chocolate and let the chocolate melt for 1-2 minutes. Then mix it with a blender or a spatula. Add the butter and finish mixing.
